Don't waste your money here
Check in is at 4pm. At 5pm we were waiting in line. At 5:30 we got to the front desk clerk, only to be told that they have no clean rooms and that we would have to wait. They took our name and number, only to hand it back to us. The clerk seemed quite confused. We were told that they could not be bothered with notifying us when a room was ready and that we would just have to keep checking back in with them. We got into a room after 7pm. First thing in the morning (note there was a time change and we lost an hour) we could hear housekeeping banging on doors. It was bad service and a bad night of sleep. This will be my last time going to this hotel.

Clean, but needs updating!
If you plan on gambling here, good luck getting service! Had to pay for almost every overpriced drink, despite spending hundreds in their casino. The room and general areas were clean, but you can tell the rooms are in need of an update. It also took forever to get an elevator at all times of the day. I was left with the worst back pain the next day due to our bed being broken on one side, leaving it sloping to one side. All of these reasons are leading us to choose Monarch next stay.

Upon checking in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He offered us a room upgrade, which was a great gesture. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the entire casino.

The people aren't friendly a d the place is a pit.
It was our anniversary and the place was empty. We asked for and upgrade and they said they couldn't fo anything because we went through Hotels.com and not directly. Everything in the place is fallibg apart or not working. After being gone all day they didn't clean our room. When we called they acted like we were bothering them. We called down for coffee and they said we had to come down to get it. When we checked put I had to leave my ID to get a luggage cart and the parking is on the complete other side from the rooms. We spent .ost the time at other casinos because the people weren't nice and the place is falling apart. We'll definitely go back to the Monarch or Horseshoe next time.

Make sure your there before 9pm
Did not get to stay. The hotel cancelled our room right at 9pm. I was outside trying to park. I had called the front desk at 9 and said I had a trailer and didn't know where I could park because I couldn't fit in the parking garage. The girl on the phone told me to take the sharp Curvey road that goes up the mountain across the street. It took a good 20 minutes to park and walk the very long way back down the street to the hotel. I tried to check in and they said they cancelled my room and didn't have anything available. They do not offer shuttles, so we had to haul all our luggage back up the mountain. I had been driving for 8 hours already, and ended up having to drive the rest of the way home (6 1/2hr) that night. I got home right before 5am. I got ahold of Hotels.com and they did get my money back the next day. But I was very frustrated with the hotel and how things had been handled.

The place needs to be refurbished, place is run down badly. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly as we found a used towel in the bathroom. Beds sheets were a little dirty. No microwave!
