My trip was for business when I attempted to fill up the required Migration form it was denied because passport need it to be good for at least 6 months. I was forced to cancelled as I need it to get a new passport. I requested to change the date of the stay or to cancelled and it was denied. A beautiful hotel with a unique aesthetic. If you like your hotels to be bland "Holiday Inn" style places, this may not be for you. The design is industrial, all the way down to steel bathroom doors and sealed concrete floors, but we loved it. Staff were terrific, the room was spotless. Excellent air conditioning. Neighbourhood is busy but safe, with lots of eating options within a couple of minute's walk. The hotel also has a restaurant on the roof.

This is not a hotel and doesn’t meet the minimum standards of world tourism and hospitality. I do not recommend this place to anybody, it will be a great regret! Most rooms not having windows to outside and the floor is just hard concrete. My room hadn’t any window to outside and exactly like a cell in a jail. I asked them to change my room to something acceptable but they asked for more money. Yes they charge you for any request and I have to tell this hotel is a total scam. Actually they changed an old building that I am not sure what it was used for to a hotel. I matter of restaurant, they hadn’t a chef or cook and were not able to provide a good meal. Their breakfast was a disaster, they were not able to make a Colombian coffee and the milk was old. I saw clots of milk when they’ve poured it in hot coffee. And also they were using left over food from last night for next morning breakfast. That’s why they hadn’t any customer for their restaurant. Please pick another place to stay if you want to enjoy your trip.
