Great stay
Great stay and great location! I really don't like that so much plastic and cardboard is being used during breakfast though, not environmentally friendly at all. Other than that it was top!

Washington DC Trip
The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Our hairdryer was broken and they immediately replaced it with a new one. Amber, the receptionist, helped us in printing our boarding pass. She was very friendly. The free breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very accessible to the tourist spots and public commute. No need to rent a car.

Enjoyed my stay, bit noisy however.
Great hotel. Very convenient location near Metro stations, bus stops and some tourist interests. Enjoyed the breakfast and the room was generally quite comfortable. The elevator noise is pretty loud, though, at all hours of day and night. I woke up several times because of this. May just have been the particular room I was in near the elevator shafts, but it was a major disappointment unlike any I've experienced at other hotels. Except for this it was a fine hotel and would consider staying if I can be roomed further from the elevator shafts.

Great location and convenient to DC attractions!
I was in DC for 3 reasons. The first was to attend the play called Mr Lincoln at Ford' s Theatre. The second was to attend the South Lawn open house at the White House and the third was to visit the newly opened White House Interactive exhibit This hotel was very conveniently located by walking and Metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accomplished all of this from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. Great trip!

Great location just 2 blocks from the whitehouse and walkable to the national mall. Tymesha checked us in and was super friendly. Only complaint I’d have is we were in room 210 and while spacious and clean the air conditioning blower was very loud. The hotel said they would send someone to check it while we were out but it was the same when we got back so not sure it could be fixed. Didn’t stop us from having a nice weekend. Breakfast was ok with a few hot items and continental and always well stocked. Plenty around to eat and grab coffees.

Hotel was clean and staff were amazing. Elevator wasn't functioning correctly - had to stand still in the back right hand corner to get the doors to close. I'm sure that this wasn't a safety issue, but it didn't instill confidence and created a gridlock of guests during "commuting hours".
