Terrible Service - will not stay again
One of the beds we requested in advance didnt have blankets just a pillow to sleep in. Hotel service couldn't provide blankets for over 1hr and 30 min plus they forgot we requested a blanket. I had to look for some service myself so we can sleep. We went to bed at 1am! I informed management and they said they couldn't compensate since I used the hotel.com app. Useless management.

Too Expensive
From the exterior this hotel looks nice, but it’s operations are substandard. Arrived at 3:10 PM and my room wasn’t ready. Food and service at lounge is also substandard. Not a place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet sleep. Lots of families with noisy kids and parents who can’t handle their booze.

Large, spacious and clean room. Not a lot of light but that's not dofferent from most hotels. My only problem was that there was no microwave in the room which is pretty basic nowadays. There was also no kettle. Only the coffee machine which i dont like using and is also limited to water. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety.

Super friendly staff, large rooms and great breakfast. The cushions on the sofa were soiled (flipped the other way), and the hot tub was really rough which made it hard to enjoy. My son cut his toe on it as it was so rough.
