Location is near all attractions. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Great that they provide 2 pillows for each of us. Surprise and disappointed that we need to pay 100K VND for loosing 1 room card. Hotel Day tour booking is more expensive than the tour agency shops which are located at every street.

Third Stay - Comsistently Good
Technically our third stay. The staff were all wonderful and the room, as always, was comfortable and clean (we booked the same type of room, but each stay was on a different floor). It is a perfect walkable place if you want to be near the Old Quarter and near the lake. Breakfast really filling and great.

Stayed our second time at the Hanoi Pearl Boutique Hotel. The staff, the breakfast, the facilities and the location makes the Hanoi Pearl a wonderful place to base a visit to the Hoan Kiem Lake area of Hanoi. Close enough to the Old Quarter and other sights, and on weekend's, the walking streets.
