Alatai was ideal for us. Simple, clean, friendly helpful staff, a kitchenette for meals and the perfect location within walking distance of the CBD, Mindil market and the Botanic Gardens. Highly recommended.

Stayed in two different rooms for one night before and after a Kakadu trip. in both rooms the bed was great. Both rooms had good space and there was even a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

This is an older property that could use a bit of love. The room was clean and reasonaly well appointed. There is nothing wrong, just a few little things that had no effect on our stay or use of the facility. I would stay here again.

Cockroaches in my room, I killed 5 of them. The bed was clean. But the overall infrastructure is rundown. Water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Would not come back unfortunately, even though staff was friendly and courteous.
