Bathroom: dirty (hairs in tub and on floor), the shower head had a leak (sprayed to the side), the bathtub drain was slow causing it to fill during a shower.
Staff were friendly.

The property was a real home from home. The decor was slightly tired, but the apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was really good.
The only downside was we could hear the neighbours upstairs moving around which was a little noisy at times.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early July in order to explore the mountains of western NC. The suite was spacious, well apportioned, and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. I was super impressed with the price considering we got a 2 bedroom suite that was over 1000 square feet! Would definitely stay here again. Fairly clean, large beautiful rooms, and fully stocked with kitchenware!
