Nice Historic Hotel.
Breakfast menu and food were very good. Keurig coffee makers in each room would be a nice amenity. Very strong deodorizer smell in room (almost nauseating).

Perfect Getaway
The first thing we noticed was how beautiful the place is as we drove up the driveway. We arrived a bit late and the clerk got us checked in knowing we were worn out from the trip. The room was wonderful and bed was extremely comfortable. The other thing i need to mention is the restaurant in the basement which was a speakeasy. The food was absolutely second to none. We found a hidden gem and will be returning in the future!

Beautiful Historical Hotel of America! We had visited many times and enjoyed eating in the Speakeasy and seeing the beautiful decor and staircase. This was our first time staying in one of the Historical Rooms. It was very comfortable and quiet. Would love to return for another stay in the future.

I was only there for one night, but the hotel and staff were great. Speakeasy bar and restaurant was great as was the food and service. I was there on a Wednesday Night when they had $5 glasses of wine which made my one night stay even better. Would definitely it’s Y stay there again. Don Schroeder

I stayed in a historic room so it was on the smaller side and amenities are minimal in the room. Overall the hotel is lovely. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel had good food and the staff there was great too.

Fred at the front desk was helpful, friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and the dining experience there. It will alway be special in our hearts as I proposed to my girlfriend during this stay. Harleigh in the speakesy resuturant made our post proposal dinner one of the most magical nights. Cannot recommend the accommodation enough. The rooms was histori, beautiful, comfortable and clean. Property was amazing and breath taking. Great place to relax.

Good place to stay that doesn’t cost more than I wanted to spend. Since Covid, most everything and everyone wants to double their prices. I didn’t feel that way here. Recommend!
