The trip stay was very good, overall. The only real issue was internet connectivity. It was little confusing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, most had reasonable grasp of English.

The staff were very helpful, the facilities were lovely and clean. My window didn't have a view out of, it was frosted over, but let in natural light which was fine by me. The AC was very powerful, actually had it turn it off sometimes because the room got too cold! Food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner.
The only thing to note as a UK tourist is where I don't speak Hindi/Kannada, it is not easy to get dropped back to if you can't get an Uber, as taxi drivers don't know where it is, so a couple of times I would get dropped at Lal Bagh and walk from there.

Property couldnt able to located my uber/ola/taxi drivers. The gps takes to the rear end of the building which do not have entrance access.
During my stay, there was constant power shut off.
But the staff were friendly and cooperative.

Prisvärt hotell med bekväma, fräscha och rymliga rum. Stor fördel att få rum med balkong. Frukosten lite pover men ok. Personalen mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma.
Wi-Fi krånglade lite för mycket och även rumsnycklarna fick vi förnya lite för ofta. Tv kanalerna var i princip inget man kunde titta på till skillnad från förra gången då det fanns ”allt”. I det stora hela var vi nöjda och kan tänka oss att bo där på nästa resa.

Ok but not-so-good if your room is on the ground floor (not healthy too). Surely ask if any top floor room is available. Network was very poor in those rooms and wifi was to working too. Breakfast was very good to.

Disappointing experience with reception staff who were asking for documentation (ID proofs) even for guests who came over to visit. It was extremely embarrassing for me and for my friends who came to visit. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very close to the JSFOO conference location in Bangalore. Nice and clean hotel, good staff with good food quality. Even though I stayed during night, but overall I was happy with the hotel and staff.

Servizio soddisfacente.
Bella vista dalla sala colazione. unica pecca: la palestra lascia un po' a desiderare (una cyclette, un tapis roulant, un ellittica qualche peso in una piccola stanza).
La zona non e' il massimo, ma si raggiunge a piedi il giardino botanico, e in 15 minuti di tuc tuc il centro di Bangalore (Church street, MG street, Brigades)

Rewarding experience & value for money.
It was a great experience & value for money. Excellent location quite close to Koramangala & Bannerghatta Road. The price at Hotels.com was great and the availability was good. The Hotel staff was extremely courteous and service was excellent. - I had Dinner ordered through Room Service. Food was good & very Tasty. Breakfast was included in the Hotel Room Booking. The Breakfast had an elaborate array of Food Items. The Hotel provides a complimentary drop & Pick-up . The amenities included a Gymnasium which was good for a workout. All necessary toiletries were complimentary and were all provided. Overall the stay was great and rewarding.

Nice, clean hotel close to Christ University
I had stayed there twice, upon my arrival to the city and after a trip to Mumbai . The staff was courteous and helpful and the rooms were very clean. It was my first trip to India from the US and was a little anxious. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed in their city.

A good 4 star hotel.
This hotel is ideally situated in quite area, and not to far from shopping markets and malls.it has good locall transport links to most areas. We arrived early evening to the hotel and we're checked in without any delay.All staff were very helpfull at all times, rooms were cleaned daily and replenished.We would go back again in near future.

hotel was clean. food good. paid for kitchenette but room didn't have one. asked for towels and toilet paper but they were dolled out very sparingly. had an issue in which the shower door shattered over my girlfriend and me ( I was trying to get her out of the shower because the door stuck shut) hotel staff then wanted me to pay for the door. There was no offer of a discount because of the injuries we both received. when asked for compensation for no garden view, no kitchenette and being injured, was told nothing they could do since the hotel was paid in full at hotels.com I would suggest you remove this hotel from your list. Also, I would like to be reimbursed if possible.
