친절한 호텔
프론트데스크에 체크인 도와주신 젊은 남자분, 방 배정도 안좋은 곳으로 보내고, 받아야 하는 바우쳐들도 안챙겨주시고, 말투만 상냥하지 대충대충 그렇게 좋은 서비스를 받는다는 인상은 없었습니다. 객실 화장실에 곰팡이는 스프레이만 뿌려도 없어 질텐데 너무 많더라구요. 4성 호텔인데 모텔보다 곰팡이가 더 많은 객실은 처음입니다;; 좀 해결했으면 좋겠네요. 나머지 프론트데스크 스탭분들, 특히 나이 좀 있어보이는 남자분은 너무 친절하고 꼼꼼히 다 챙겨주시고 해서 지내는동안 너무 편안했습니다.
