Beautiful and breathtaking views. Love the variety of the scenery and customer service was top notch. However did not like being called rude by one of the ladies at the lobby when declining to do the timeshare presentation and activities they offered at a discount ONLY if you attended the presentation. We had all of our activities booked in advanced and didn’t want to take no for an answer. Our cleaning staff was awesome and our bell boy JAREDade the experience over the top AMAZING!!! I loved the two bedroom suite with plunge pool and ocean view! Beautiful and so spacious. The resort is so big but the pick up and drop off by carts are great. Staff was so great. Alexander, Ericson and Marcos just to name a few. I also loved the late check out option. Drinks and food were amazing . The views were to die for . I will be back soon!
