Amazing stay! Excellent location close to everything you need or want. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in a double deluxe room on the 26th floor. It was stylish, spacious and clean. The view was awesome! We received two free drink vouchers for the lobby bar and $25 dollars to use at the snack bar, bar or restaurant. You really can't go wrong. We will definitely be staying again!

The hotel was nice. Our room was very very small. We had a room with an accessible bathroom, so the bathroom was large, but not one shelf in there to put your toiletries. Storage in the room was limited and again, very small. It was fine for what it was for (one night after a broadway show) but probably could have found something slightly bigger for the same money. We got there early and they said the room was ready and we could have it early for an additional $60. No bathroom in the lobby for the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was one fee- no matter kid or adult, and the food was cold and small selection. I traveled with a teenager and a 12 year old. One more person in the room with us would have been very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were extremely polite and friendly as well as the bartender. Breakfast staff seemed out off when I asked for something. Hotel is in a great location

Not convenient
Everything was amazing about the hotel except the elevator situation. There are only 3 elevators for 40 floors and one of them was out of service while another was being used by staff. So the wait to take it up to your room wasn’t the best. And since we were on the 30th floor we couldn’t even take the elevator down due to the one being full every time. We had to walk down 30 flights of stairs twice.

We honesltly loved this location. it had a agreat resteraount on the j40 floor for adults only. ohterwise location was fantaaaastict. service was great at te front dest. resteraunt service was a little cold and without charatcter but the experiecne over rode their detached atttude. fantastic value and excellent location

OK, but not 4-stars
I'm not sure this should be classified as a 4-star hotel. It's okay, but not luxury. The rooms are pretty small. The service was ok. I had to ask twice to have soap delivered to the room. The heater was pretty loud. The batteries in the TV were dead. I showed up at 12:30 and my room was ready, but they had to charge me $35 for an early check in. The room was just going to sit there empty otherwise. I don't get the purpose of this policy other than to frustrate customers and make more money.
