"The hotel is slightly run down, but in a comfortable way. Like you're in somebody's living room... The mostly female staff is attentive, friendly and helpful; which definitely adds to the homely feeling. The restaurant is very good, but a bit pricey, but the food is of great quality.

is good, as well as the restaurant food. Service is ok. Friendly, but slow. Out hotel room heater was on very high (it was 70 F outside) or room was near 80z. So hot that my entire family could not sleep. We opened the doors on the patio to let cold air in and that caused the heater to start working overtime. Lose lose. Ac/hester is controlled centrally and the staff could not assist with their maintenance guy out. "

"Well, just booked a standard room at sportbacken. 500m walk from the main building, okej. Pretty expensive compared to other hotels with higher standards for the ”same category” of room, nothing speciell. Expected more for the money

was superb, very nice. Flatbread pizza in the Bistro was pretty booring. Had a long black straw of hair in the shower and found half of an old grape by the tv control :( "
