It was satisfactory. However, no hot water in the sink but shower was ok. Walls paper thin. You could hear everything. If you are a light sleeper, don’t sleep here. Pool was nice but cold and the hot tub was same as the pool. Staff very sweet and tour operators awesome as were the tours we took.

La ubicacion del hotel es buena solamente que le falta mas atencion al cliente, de hecho cuando fui estaba en remodelacion de la piscina que que no tenia.

Hermosa estadía en Destinos Arenales, el personal super amable siempre predispuesto, muy limpio y cómodas las camas. la ubicación del hotel es excelente porque no esta en el centro pero muy cerca y también muy cerca de las excursiones. muy recomendable
