Checked in close to midnight. The desk clerk her name started with a J, she was amazing. What a great welcome after a two day flying nightmare to get here for CA. So worth it! Our waiter at the breakfast spot there made my son a goodie bag to go. We would return in the future !

The hotel location was excellent. But not happy to pay $50 bucks to park for the night. Rooms had thin walls I could hear the people next door, that woke me at 2am and bunch of kids running up and down the halls. Otherwise, all okay

Excellent location if you want to stay on the river- we had a river view. We saw dolphins in the mornings and had a clear picture of the large cargo ships moving in and out. Full service hotel, great bar with an outside porch overlooking Riverwalk.

My husband and I decided to make the drive to Savannah for a quick long weekend anniversary trip. This time we wanted to bring the pup and learned that Savannah was very dog friendly. So choosing a hotel that was dog friendly was important. When we showed up, they were overbooked. We had requested a king room – my husband is 6’9. So they did the best they could to accommodate us and offered us a room with two double beds, but did not charge us for the dog or valet for the inconvenience. Very pleasant And very easy to take the pup too. Would return again.

Gone way downhill
I’ve stayed here many times and always gotten a large suite with a really nice shared terrace balcony. This time I reserved a suite that did not have a bed. If you’re going to charge $800/night put beds in all the rooms or have a HUGE DISCLAIMER on the room description that it’s just a kids play room. Also don’t look at the business traveler who just wants a comfortable room with a BED like he is asking a lot.
