Poor customer service
I was in room 1001. I always check the showers in hotels for pressure and temperature. The pressure was good, but the temperature was cold and Luke warm. I tried to call to the front desk but the phone in my room didn’t work so I called using my cell phone. I spoke to Steve and told him about the water temperature and phone. He said he’d send a tech up to my room and gave me instructions on how to make the water warmer which did not work. No one came. When I went to check out, the front desk person told me they called my room. DID I NOT TELL YOU THE PHONE DIDN’T WORK!?!? She then told me her manager would be in at 3pm. CHECKOUT IS AT NOON! Who’s waiting around for 3 hours to talk to the manager?! Not me! This is crazy piss poor customer service!
