Quick stop before final destination

This was a perfect overnight hotel. Beds wete comfortable. Breakfast was good. I did notice a lot of homeless people not far from hotel, but not a problem. The hotel is old, but definitely served its purpose. My husband and son used the pool.

The building is run down. Has a terrible smell. Air throughout building not working well. Carpet and overall appearance is dirty and not kept up. Room was not comfortable due to cleanliness. Reviews sold me and I wished I would have stayed at higher star hotel. Waited for staff at front desk upon checkin, and location is not a safe area even though it was surrounded by several retail operations. Stay across the street. Don’t waste your money here.

Disappointing stay all around

Our stay was so disappointing. We were surprised given the online photos and reviews. The hotel was very run down. One of the back doors to access the building had tape on it so it did not lock. The towels in the room were stained, the carpet was dirty as were the walls and shower head. Had we not been desperate for a room, and been able to get a refund, we would have left. When we went to check out the front doors were locked, and no one came to assist us. We had to go back around and enter the back. The associate was sitting behind the desk, on his phone.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and updated. The hallways are noisy at all hours and I didn’t have any towels. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.
