Room service was good. We could not get the to work. We couldn't get the phone to work in order to call the front desk. The bathroom sink didnt have a sink stopper so the small bar of soap went down the drain but we were able to get it out.

Awful check in process with dysfunctional room cards that don’t work in opening room doors. Had to go up and down dozen times for nonfunctional key cards and even after changing rooms same issue persisted. Terrible service with outdated technology room keys! will never stay at this xxxx hole hotel ever again!

I had paid extra for an upgraded room and a view. reservation. I had also called prior to the trip to have my room put near the friends I was travelling with, especially since I was alone and did not want to go to my room alone at night. I was assured this had been arranged in the system. Upon check in they were unable to accomodate my room upgrade or put me anywhere near my companions. They told us to come back in the morning at 11:45 and get our rooms switched. We stood in line behind a group of girls as they got their room changed. When it was my turn I was told there was no way I could be moved becuase it was the weekend. I asked about a refund on my upgrade since I didn't get the room I paid for and she said they don't do that.

Excellent location, centrally on The Strip. Adjacent to the LINQ alley. Ridiculous the pool closes at 6pm, and even more ridiculous is the loud music poolside. The music could be heard from our room on the 22nd floor!!!! Not everyone is in their 20’s or 30’s and wants to hear this crap. Some people prefer to relax and enjoy the “family” pool as a pool, not a water nightclub.

The room seemed to be clean until I looked at the desk and saw unknown white/see through liquid blobs on top. At night I could tell that curtains had been touched and were altered. Turns out the blackout shade didn't close all the way, so I called guest service and they said they would call maintenance to come take a look. After three calls, they never came. I woke up around 6am because of the sun coming through. when I went to complain downstairs, I was greeted with a "oh" and a "ok". Not a pleasant experience. The shower had only lukewarm water.

It was a horrible stay. I was told I had a strip view, but I wouldn’t know the curtains wouldn’t open. I called they said maintenance would come they never came. The only Silver lining of my whole stay which just continued to get worse and worse was Samantha who checked me in at the hotel. Lobby. Samantha was amazing very confident, competent and has incredible people skills. Everything else including and especially security was a total nightmare!

Chose to stay here because of location! However when I checked in I was told I did not book an “upgraded” room. Would I like to upgrade for a charge? I didnt deliberately book an older, run down room, but I wasn’t paying anymore for our stay so I declined. My parents were given an updated room (which I booked theirs too so not sure how) but once I saw theirs I realized there is a major difference!!! Also check in process was HORRIBLE!!!! Even the line for the mobile check in was crazy! Baggage check was slow and just the overall customer service and process of checking in was not great at all.

Good but wifi sucks.

Our King High Roller room on the 10th floor was very nice. Housekeeping missed us one day but we were able to get fresh towels. Spacious room with a comfy bed. Good size bathroom with good shower. Resort fees always annoy me and this one was no different! Didn’t use the pool as it was way too crowded! The wifi only accepted 2 devices for the whole stay - we couldn’t swap devices and have only 2 active at one time - it was 2 total! And the speed wasn’t good! Not sure what the 55USD per day was for!! Certainly not good wifi!!! In this day & age with lots of overseas visitors you’d think wifi would be a free offering!

We went for our anniversary. We were very pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel and good restaurants. The linq promenade was a huge plus! The new Go pool was ok. I expected more from the new remodel but i didn't see it before so I am not sure exactly what i expected. The room and bed was very comfortable.
