Excellent airport hotel with good atmosphere.

Second time we have stayed here. Chosen for location being very near to airport. The pool is amazing, spent a very relaxing day before flying home after 3mths in Thailand. Not cheap, but very good value. Late checkout made it very convenient. Room was immaculate, staff excellent, breakfast good. Only negative is that they need to sort out the pigeon and dove issue. The buildings are starting to look shabby because of the birds mess and they are leaving mess around the pool area as well.

Big place

There is long term heavy road construction between the hotel and airport causing slow going. The traditional architecture of the Thai Restaurant on the property is really nice. I was surprised how large the hotel property was. Plenty of walkways.

Smelly Hotel in a Smelly Area

This area of Bangkok smells! The hotel smelt really bad, it is old and run down. They cleaned it as well as they could, but the entire hotel smelt of sewage. I booked a spot on the shuttle for the time I required pick up at the airport, and when I got there, they had filled that shuttle and said I had to wait for the next one (over an hour)!! What was the point in reserving a spot? The restaurant was okay. The service by the staff was excellent.

Above and beyond

This hotel has all the comforts with outstanding service from all hotel staff. I arrived feeling unwell and Eve at reception went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms are very modern, clean and pool area is an oasis in a busy city!

Hotel a winner but order pizza delivery first!

Hotel near the airport was lovely with a beautiful pool and lounging area. Downfall was the restaurant and very poor extremely slow service. Staff were not attentive at all. One member had finished their meal completely and kept asking when their partner’s dinner would arrive. Basically you ate while your other half waited. Can’t go anywhere else as there is nothing near. Really was a let down. Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive

The hotel is much farther from the airport than we understood; it took 45 minutes to travel from the airport (albeit 20 minutes the following morning). Check-in was smooth. Our room had a distinct, bad odor. Further, the shower was not in working condition. The nozzle was broken and the drain did not function, leading to the bathroom floor being flooded and our shower unusable, which was a huge disappointment after a long day of travel. When I mentioned this upon check-out, I was told they would "mention it to Maintenance."

This place is fantastic for the price and an amazing location for the proximity to the airport. Not recommended for visiting Bangkok though. The room was very nice, super clean and had everything we needed. The gym was great, only missing yoga mats. The breakfast was an additional fee, but it was amazing. The restaurant and drinks were pretty pricey. The pool was lovely and the grounds were really pretty. There were bikes and kayaks you could use. We didn't use the spa services, but they seemed lovely.
