Stay refused with no refund.
I had booked 4 days here with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 of our grandchildren ages 2 and 3. We had been driving a uhual into town for 16 hours. My wife booked it but did not see the deposit on top of the money we already paid for the booking in advance. She made a mistake because we were all tired. It was cold and rainy that check in and we found out that we could not enter the house. We were refused because of the deposit. We needed 4 days until our house was ready for us. The property was managed by an international call center. They simply said you loose all your money. We had no more money and we were forced to live at Haven for Hope a homeles shelter with all my kids and grandkids. On top of me being disabled. I am in a wheelchair with only one leg. They had no compassion or refuesd my family with only one option... Loose all your money and good luck. For having moving my family here the first 4 days was a forced homeless shelter filled with drugs right I front of my grandchildren. Hotels.com also said sorry good luck. We are now I to our brand new built house. Hese policies need to be flexible with each stayon their return policy. I will post this everywhere until hotels.com starts being more empathetic to each person situation.
