Nice hotel
Lovely staff, lovely room and food was good but not brilliant. I had said that I would pay at hotel, when I got there they said the room was paid for but I had to pay for parking which I did. I checked my bank account just before we left and couldn’t see payment for the room , so when we left I asked at reception if they had payment. They said that it would be taken off the card that I had used to book which was also the one I used for the parking. Later that day I got an email to say that my room hadn’t been paid for I phoned them and was told that there was problem with their system and from what I could gather this had happened before. If that is the case then they really ought to get their systems sorted

Lovely room.
Room was lovely. Hotel was lovely and really close to venue. The only thing we were annoyed about was the £15 parking charge!! When i booked this in September there was no mention of it. If we had known that, we would have questioned it then. We think its a bit ridiculous for 1 night of parking.

A great hotel but too warm to sleep
A great location for staying close to the P&J Live venue with decent amount of parking space. Staff were young, professional and friendly. The room was modern and well appointed with a comfy mattress. However, we couldn’t figure out if the temperature in the room could be reduced from 23 degrees C. The duvet was also very thick. It was an uncomfortable night. The whole building was very warm
