Sub par room
Upon first entering the room, it smelled smoky, so i had to buy an air frshener for the room. There was trash in the bathroom trash can, and hair on the floor. The whirlpool tub looked old and something one would not to lay in for a bath. The remote for the tv had missing parts. the hair dryer had the cord cut off it, so you couldnt use it. Lastly, the bed was not comfortable at all. The only positive was that they offered a continental breakfast. For a Wyndam hotel, i was surprised at the low quality of the room.

Good but cleaning could be better
It was overall good for a quick weekend trip. Cleanliness was a little off, there were yellow stains on the wall and the towels all had a lot of long black hair on it, like they were clean but seems the housekeeper may have shed on them. Overall, the beds were cleaned and it was good.

It's okay
First, a shout-out to the staff. They are VERY attentive and responsive to needs, such as a request to replace the non-functioning hair dryer, or additional towels in the room. Giving three stars overall. The condition of the hotel is, in a word, sad. For example, the bathtub surface was chipped and peeling. The breakfast bar -- very limited options. The bed was comfortable enough. Location is near plenty of stores and restaurants. Easy access to I-77. OK place to crash for a night, I guess.

Generally it was okay. But as far as our room was concerned, the company needs to do better with up keep. The jetted tub had giant cracks and discoloration. You can tell someone tried spray painting it. A large spot of paint was missing from the ceiling. There was a spot where it look like super glue or hot glue was stuck to the ground. Employees were nice. But there was an incident where we came back to our room and it smelled like pure cigarette smoke as if someone smoked them right in our room. I called down to the front desk and the man was eager to give me another room. I told him it wasn't necessary but if he could just get some air freshener that would be great. He never came. I informed the front desk and they took note of it.
