Unpleasant stay
Our stay was very uncomfortable. once we got there we noticed many things seemed to be damaged and not working . It’s very concerning how unsanitary the place was, and the hazards endangerment that was involved in our stay . Once we were ready to go to bed and unfolded the bedsheets we noticed blood stains , pee stains , hairs all over the bed sheets and other stains not sure what they were . We ended up just sleeping in a single bed when I had purchased a 2 bed room because of how dirty the other bed was . We had noticed that most of the lamps / lights in the room were all damaged and broken and outlets were exposed . We tried to turn the lamp on not only did the light bulb almost fall but a spark came out of the exposed outlet which I believe that should be taken very seriously especially for the price payed making our stay not pleasant at all.

Young lady at front desk was excellent. (helpful, courteous). The mattress was very uncomfortable and should be changed. The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor and base of toilet. The toilet had a water leak and was running all night. The wall unit providing heat was quite loud and it did not feel like the thermostat was working. It's an older hotel and probably needs updating.

I was hoping for a bit more
The hotel is relatively comfortable, the beds aren't very big, but it was only for 3 nights. The negative points were: stained sheets, as if they hadn't been washed, the breakfast on the first day we couldn't eat because it was 7:30 am and the office was closed and the quality of what was offered for breakfast was very poor, just coffee, cinnamon roll and juice, nothing else.

My stay here was alright, nightshift lady was rude, our hotel room specifically #207, the toilet water was running nonstop, and when showering a loud banging noise would occur but I guess after a while it went away. Not to mention we found two bugs in the room.

They offered breakfast included but it just coffee and some muffin and the same flavors everyday if you have got lucky get coffee because it's limited also the hotel is located at busy street that the reason it's so noise ,so I hope they fix the breakfast thing,thank you!!
