Positives: room was spacious, good location above the Friendship Heights Metro Station.
Cons: two of us sneezed constantly - probably not clean enough since they let pets stay with people. We found hairs on our beds that clearly weren’t ours.
The breakfast was mediocre - no soda machine (wasn’t working), all food was low quality - low quality scrambled eggs, clearly from frozen potatoes, from frozen sausage, and the omelette turns out runny. On the third day they suddenly didn’t allow people to take their own food from the buffet and had every station turned the other way so you had to ask for each item. So clearly someone was upset..
Also, when I arrived early they said there was no room ready (that’s fine), but didn’t take my name or anything … and 30 minutes later they called me begging me to give my accessible room to someone else if possible… funny how suddenly they asked me for a favor over the phone after not giving me the time of day at the desk in person.
