Room great - staff need better customer service
The room was nice, large, and comfy for working and resting. However, the staff was snarky and condescending and offered no service requests or support, even one they said would be available. There was also varying information from different staff members, etc. I would love to stay for the room but would not go back. They also do not support the perks of platinum members booking from hotels.com. If you do not book with them directly, you receive fewer perks. Maybe you will have a better experience if you have no requests like late check out.
