Stay was just ok. There were bug on floor in bathroom and faucet in bathroom was dirty. Also towels looked dirty. Needed a room for only one night but would not stay on an extended nights.

AC did not work so we had to switch rooms after multiple calls to front desk to get someone to fix it . Dirty beds . Good thing we brought our own sheets . Leaking faucet. Tub doesn’t drain while showering. 0/10 never coming back

Roaches and Outdated
The staff were friendly but the hotel is old and outdated. I saw several reviews about the upkeep and was willing to overlook that but took a chance despite reports of roaches. Well, my family saw a total of 6 roaches, 1 in the hall outside the room, 2 in our room and 3 in my cousin’s room, which was right across from ours. We stayed in the internal portion. It was our only option for Troy homecoming so we were stuck with it. Next year I’ll be booking a room earlier in advance to keep away from this hotel.

The towels were filthy. The hotel room smelled like bug spray and cigarettes. I had to kill six roaches In the first five minutes, been checked into the room. Never again will I stay here?

For the price it was average. We loved how large the room was. We have 6 in our family & the room had 3 queen beds. It was spacious enough for us all. The staff were friendly and courteous. It had a small outdoor pool. While not heated it was clean and gated. Free breakfast was available. It is mostly carbs, but you can make waffles. They had cereal, bread, muffins, self-made waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt (no toppings for the yogurt). Drinks were coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. Cons: We were placed on the 2nd floor but the hotel does not have an elevator. It was difficult getting all my kids and their stuff up the stairs. The hallway & room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Many of our sheets had holes in them. One sheet had a cigarette hole, one of the brown "blankets" had multiple large holes in it. The "blankets" are very thin and obviously old and needing replaced. While there, we needed new sheets, more towels, and toilet paper. There is no staff to bring these to you, the guest must go to the front desk for the items they need. We did not use the ice bucket as it was sticky and had some type of red stickiness in it. For a family of 6 in a large room, they provided only 2 towels and one tiny bottle of shampoo, one tiny bottle of conditioner, and one roll of toilet paper. Our day of checkout they deactivated our cards before we actually checked out. We had to take turns loading the van because if we left the room it would lock us out.

The staff was extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. We stayed here during a hurricane evacuation from Florida and felt very at home. Breakfast is mediocre continental, but for the price, the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were absolutely perfect.

The reviews are 100% true! Just say no!
I don't usually pay too much attention to a lot of "I hated this hotel" reviews, because you truly never know what you're going to get. I've never actually seen the hotel completely match the bad reviews. This hotel matches all the bad reviews. It was Terrible. Do not stay here. We rented two rooms. One room was roach infested, like for real. Everytime you turned the lights on at night, roaches scattered everywhere. It was so gross. I have never actually stayed in a roach hotel, but this truly is a roach hotel. The other room had a leak from above and the ceiling tile paint started chipping and falling off the roof onto the bed and carpet. This hotel needs to be bug bombed and fixed. The lights were even leaking when we walked into the initial hallway. Electricity and water, now that doesn't seem safe. And that was the least of our problems. I'm embarrassed for Wyndham and Days Inn. Just say no.
