The guy on reception was exceedingly helpful which made things so much easier when trying to work out transport etc. The room was big and comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot!! Great value for money :-)

When I arrived, my booking was not found on their system. They were fully booked. So no extra rooms for me. Apparently this happens often. So my suggestion would be NOT to book through Expedia to Red Doors.

Lacked basic amenties in the room. No frdge or tissue paper. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had to buy coffee from machine but already had sugar in it. I dont take sugar. Air condition was very old and very noisey so did not get sleep
