Great place to stay
The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left over from this happening over two weeks ago. We went on a Hawaii cruise and just got home yesterday. I was afraid someone else would do it that day. Probably should try to rent a man if the door is broken again. The driver said he wasn’t there when it happened and he’s the only one that could fix it and they made it worse and it couldn’t be fixed then.

Poor service and poor management
For to be so expensive this was one of the worst experiences of staying at a hotel with Hilton. First off when I make it to my room I wanna get comfortable for the evening goes to take a shower and there is no hot water. Call guest service they send a maintenance guy to reset the boiler. So he tells us to give it 20-30 minutes. No hot water until next morning. Secondly I’m personally a smoker I know that all rooms are non smoking. Had an empty cigarette pack with buts in it. I get charged 300 dollars for smoking in a room I never smoked..

A little underwhelming
Ok, but not up to Hilton quality. The heater wouldn't stay on, and the entrance light wouldn’t stay off! Kept going on and waking us up. Checkin was tacky. We were made to feel bad because we didn't reserve through their site. We like hotels.com, no reason to put us down.

Not remotely worth the $189/night we paid. Floor hallway stunk of old cigarette smoke, a drawer in the room was broken, arm chair and desk were considerably worn, the room hall light flickered, there were items left under the bed... Not worth spending any more time reviewing.

Was disappointed at check in room wasnt ready and they gave us the run around and did t get the room we actuality wanted till the next day. They did make it right before our stay ended. Hard pass
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is clearly in need of significant upkeep – the building feels run-down, and there were visible signs of neglect, like wallpaper peeling off the walls. The parking situation was a nightmare, with limited spaces, and they charge an additional $35 for parking, which feels excessive. On top of that, the escalator was out of order, making it difficult to get around. They don't offer a complimentary breakfast, which is a basic expectation at most hotels nowadays, and if you need an early check-in, they charge you extra. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m., which is a pretty tight window, especially given the quality of the experience. It seems like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of guests, and unfortunately, I don't think it's worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. There are better options in the area for the same price or less.
