Don’t do it!

This establishment is an older building. The pictures may look nice but in person it is run down. We were in town for a concert. We stayed in room 222. The room was spacious and we gave it the benefit of the doubt. The table wasn’t balance and had a folded up cardboard under one of the legs. There were handprints from the former tentante on the head bored still. Yuck! Then, we ordered pizza and saw a roach run across the table. Still, we thought maybe it was a moth. But then we were asleep I woke up to check on my child and saw a roach running across ours bed by my child! Find another place to stay. This hotel is disgusting.

handicapped room actually was non-accessible

Labeled as "accessible". However there was nothing accessible. No shower stool, or shower accommodations, sink was above my head seated in a wheelchair, switches for lights high. Price for room very expensive as well.

NEVER AGAIN

If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. It’s old, musty (disguised by the scent of air fresheners), and unkept. We only stayed one night and for the price we paid I expected so much more. Then again, it is Las Cruces, NM. I’m not even sure our room was cleaned before we arrived. There was hardly any toilet paper on the roll, there was water left in the tub and one of the lamps was on. They had a sign stating “housekeeping upon request”. Obviously they do not clean every day anymore. And the “continental breakfast”, don’t get me started……what continental breakfast??? Breakfast was from7-10 am, we got there at 8:00 and everything was gone. The orange juice was hot, no milk for the cereal, the counter to make waffles was covered in batter and there was hardly anything to eat. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was a overall clean place but it is old. The swimming pool was freezing. Our micro wave in the bedroom did not work. There was a cockroach in the bathroom by the swimming pool.

Keep driving or sleep in your car

This hotel is a total dump. The room was filthy, bed not made. Not vacuumed, bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. There was food smears on the counters. Also clothes shoved under the filthy pull out couch. The entire hotel was very hot as well and the ac didn’t work well. Fridge and freezer were gross. The view out of the back window shows the homeless people and trash everywhere.

The staff was excellent! Very kind, and helpful. The gentlemen that checked me in knew I had been on the road for hours and because I arrived way after midnight, he truly made the check-in quick and painless. The hotel is in much need of repair. I don't mind it being dated, but ice machines do not work, the elevator carpet was peeling up and nasty, and my room was not clean. The do not disturb sign was under the counter in the bathroom, which obviously had not been swept, and the sink was nasty. I had stayed at this hotel before, but things have really gone downhill since my last stay.

Best part was the staff. They were short handed but friendly and helpful. Everything was broken down - exercise equipment, ice machine, waffle dispenser. Elevator floor dirty. First room was very dirty with peeling paint and water damage in the bathroom. Second bathroom had hair left in the shower.

Hotel was not what was expected. Front desk clerk was unfriendly, faucet in bathroom continually ran, tv would make loud popping noises and turn screen off, but then randomly come back on. Very outdated

Everything was good up until breakfast. Ran out of waffle mix and coffee cups an hour or more before breakfast was over. Lady up front refused to add more. She said it would take 90 minutes to do waffle batter. Lots of guests were complaining amongst themselves.

Very disappointed with stay and customer service

Tried booking a trip to check in that night and hotels.com app booked it for the following day. Immediately contacted support and they refused to refund my stay even though it was a glitch in the app. very disappointed would not stay at this property again. We ended up booking through the front desk as we were traveling and needed to sleep from a long days travel.
