Was shocked and disappointed when we first walked into our room. The photos were much nicer than the room itself was which was very outdated and much smaller than the photos led you to believe. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, bathroom not so nice. We spent the morning looking for another hotel to move into. Too bad when you have such a short amount of time in Vegas. The front desk staff though I must say were very pleasant and helpful. They balanced out our crummy room. Though I knew that they were rennovating the lobby area and restaurants, we should have been warned about the room conditions. I could see staying there if we had gotten a good deal on the room but was pretty much the going rate. Got an even cheaper rate at the Hilton.

I travel to Vegas a lot and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. From before I checked in until I checked out, the high level of customer service and attentiveness was top tier! Nice hotel off the main strip, so it was quiet with minimal vehicle and foot traffic. It is across from the convention center if you need that. Staff was great. From the arrival and offer of a water (in Vegas you need that), to getting me a room a little early they were fantastic. Restaurant is undergoing renovations, but they had breakfast and dinner available on another floor to accommodate. Quick and easy check in and check out. Room was comfortable. Good overnight stay.
