HORRIBLE

Absolutely terrible. Requested a lower floor because I understand that the air conditioning in Europe is much different from the United States. Got into the room. The air would not turn on after I told it was working fine. Since service people up three times over a four hour period. Then finally requested a fan. They brought one, but it needed a remote so it did not properly work. Woke up in the room was roughly 76°. Extremely uncomfortable. Service maintenance. Staff was excellent. Front desk was terrible. Extremely rude and almost made me feel uncomfortable. There are five hotels all within walking distance as this Marriott, I strongly suggest you take any one of them except for this one.

Perfect for what I needed

I only stayed there one night, before my departure in the am and I literally got to my room at midnight so this review is only for a very short stay. Everything I experienced was great but one problem was this location wasn't easy to find. If you're going to stay there, to make it easier you can always search for Sheraton Airport as well, Marriott is right next to it.

True hospitality means genuinely caring for custom

After an exhausting 18-hour journey from Seoul, I arrived at the desk at 11 PM only to be informed of water issues due to airport repairs. They claimed hot water was working but "not too hot." With an important meeting near Frankfurt scheduled for 8 AM the next day, I attempted to shower at 5 AM only to discover there was NO hot water whatsoever. While I can understand technical problems occur, I find it unacceptable that no compensation was offered for this significant inconvenience. Marriott, I'm done with your overpriced service. True hospitality means genuinely caring for customers - a concept you clearly don't understand.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Airport Hotel

Very confusing to get to the lobby from where the Uber left us off -- only one door worked and then you had to take a very small elevator to the check-in desk. I told the reception agent that my husband could not walk far but he assigned us a room at the end of a long double hall. Shower had only a half door and water sprayed even outside the bathroom. Directions to the airport shuttle were vague and we never did find the hotel shuttle; eventually found the airport's shuttle after wandering around for 10 minutes. Would not recommend.
