Horrible hotel to stay at!!!!!
This has been my worse experience in staying in a hotel room. When I made the reservations online I had put on there that I would pay at the property. So when I arrived and asked to be checked in the front desk rep had asked for my ID and when I gave him my ID he said my rooms were paid already. When I chummy account they had ran my card earlier that day. So I proceeded with my check in and got my key to the room. I went up stairs to see the room and for some reason I had in my head to check the bed sheets which I never do this but I did and when I picked the top bed spread out and the white bottom sheet had a lot of small hair on it I walked to the bathroom to check it out there was dirt all around the toilet seat and around the window space board there was so much dirt that I ran my fingers across it and my fingers were brown with all that dirt and dust. So I went downstairs to talk to the front desk and one of the older gentleman ask me what was wrong I told him and he went back upstairs with me so I can show him what was going on he then told me that was fine for me to go talk to the front desk person. I asked for a refund of my money because I wasn’t going to stay there with it looking like that. They told me that I had to contact Hotel.com because I made the reservation through them and that they didn’t run my card for the pay so that was the reason they chive me a refund.
