The room is clean and comfort to stay. The crews of the hotel are all kind and thoughful such that they remember my requests of the precious visit. The building is somewhat old, and some of the shower booths in the sauna have been closed for months due to a technical issue.

The hotel maintenance is poor. Breakfast serves until 10am and if you come at 09:50 you will not find food or beverages. The staff start to rap everything before 10am.

Hotel is nice - clean and certainly high end. Food and beverage is definitely overpriced but not surprising. Location is fine but if you are a tourist and have limited time you may want to consider staying somewhere near Haeundae Beach as I found more attractions were located near there.
