The rooms were well cleaned. The only complaint with cleaning was the carpet needs removed. The front desk staff were wonderful especially Maria. I am very disappointed in Quality Inn that my reservations were made in January for end of March so I feel like there was plenty of time to let us know that none of the amenities offered were available. With a family of five the free breakfast included was a deciding factor in choosing to stay there only to find out upon arrival it also was not available and nothing was offered in lieu of it.

No consolation was offered - no gift card or price change. I budget closely, so that was disappointing. There was no outlet near the coffee pot/tray. I had to place it next to the bed. I stayed at this location back in April of 2024 and it was a wonderful experience~I was in town for a family funeral. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. I was back for a family funeral and it was not an enjoyable stay. The hotel is working on a remodel~the lobby was a mess, no complimentary breakfast and the rooms were not as clean as my last visit. The check in was fine but not as friendly as my last visit. It would have been nice to have a heads up about the remodel and no breakfast. The power went out in the morning while we were all getting ready for the funeral so this was inconvenient. It would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to have breakfast bars, doughnuts or some kind of quick breakfast snacks to make up for no breakfast. The whole experience was disappointing~there are a lot of options for hotels in this area~I will definitely not be returning to this location. .

Upon arrival Quality Inn is being remodeled. There was no notice of this on hotel website or by staff when I arrived, I had to ask. Due to remodel no free breakfast was offered. This is an old hotel and needs refresh bad.

Under new management and they are trying hard to bring the motel up to snuff. Kitchen is still closed. Painting going on and other renovations. They will hopefully replace the dehumidifiers in each room. Ours was extremely noisy. Would love to come back when renovations are done. Staff was great.

The inn is under construction without informing earlier, if I know that they’re under construction and there’s no breakfast available i wouldn’t choose the stay , they just gave a piece of energy bar and a little bottle of water , i was with the kids , i asked the front desk for one more entry bar , she refused it , the kids were hungry in the morning the front desk receptionist being rude , not friendly and not nice . I would not recommend that. Maybe they will get better after construction , who knows .

Apparently the hotel was just recently purchased. When we arrived, there was no soap. Their response was they had been waiting for the truck for 2 days. Finally got some that night. We specifically picked that hotel because they offered breakfast. No breakfast. They offered us a granola bar and water. Had to stop for breakfast which wasn't in our itinerary.
