Enviable location. Outstanding! The room was nice and clean. Small, yet comfortable, bathroom with a nice shower. The only flaw was the mattress. So soft that you sink into it. Kettle and teabags available. Coffee machine in the foyer.

Side trip to Rome
The host was quick to respond and gave great instructions. The location was very convenient to the Metro. The room was clean and was surprised by a mid week refresh of towels, etc. Conveniently located to all the attractions. Local food options nearby. Safe and quiet.

The house is 8 minutes’ walk to Metro station. This makes it very convenient for holiday makers like us. Anywhere we go, so long as we find a metro station, we can easily find way back. The other advantage is it’s close to St Peter’s Church, therefore we managed to queue up for entry as early as 7am before crowds come. It’s been a pleasant stay. It’s a house but provides hotel service where room is cleaned every day.

Great spot with a few minor inconveniences
The room was great, coffee and snacks were provided, location was nice and you are literally outside the Vatican walls. Only negatives, if you’re taking public transportation, you’ll have to climb a good mountain of stairs, so if you have big luggage I’d recommend a taxi to the front gate. There was no one there for checking in, so we had to call the number and wait for someone to arrive (it was pretty quick though, like around 15 minutes) and the keys were a bit challenging, the one for the gate didn’t work to get out so we had to reach through and open it from the outside, and the one for the room you just had to jiggle and find the sweet spot.

The location was perfect; a few steps away from the Vatican Museum entrance. Lots of restaurants around. The room is affordable and is a decent size. The bathroom was clean and just want I needed. Even if the mattress isn't super comfortable, it is a queen size which I find difficult to find in other hotel in Rome. Be aware that you will need to call the owner to check-in as she is not on-site. The owner is lovely, but there is a 20 min delay to allow her to get to the house. The biggest downside was the air conditioner unit doesn't work very well, but it could still go down to 23 degrees celcius. Overall, I'm still very happy and I would recommend this guest house to a friend.

La habitación se encuentra dentro de un condominio de apartamentos sobre la calle Vaticano, caminando 4 min aproximadamente puedes tomar metro o bus para ir y venir, eso esta genial!!! Las indicaciones de nuestro anfitrión fueron claras. Sin duda regresaré en una próxima visita!!!!
