Great hotel. Employee needs hospitality training
I have been to this location in the past and never encountered a problem like this. The front desk gave me my key to a room with a couple already occupied in it. My children were frightened it was the worst experience then to make it worse the front desk employee acted nonchalantly about the matter and told me she meant to give me room 322. Me and my kids go back up and the keys dont work. We have to go back down and the employee acts nonchalantly again. My children were tired from carrying everything up and down I was exhausted and it did not feel accommodating at all. The employee obviously is not trained enough in hospitality. The pool area was pleasant. The whole property is clean. The beds in the room are not the most comfortable I've experienced but manageable. Starbucks and pizza hut are in the same parking lot. Its a nice hotel but the employee was the main issure this visit.
