Great Service at an aged Inn.

Pros: I received the best customer service from the front desk staff. Friendly, engaging, to the point and explained everything perfectly. Great location near many things for Portland. Cons: I am getting very tired of non-smoking hotels smelling like cigarettes and cannabis on the inside. Please rip out the carpets and put in air purifiers if you aren't going to enforce this. The carpet is old and does need to be replaced anyway. There was somebody else's long black hair in our shower when we arrived. And while the location is great, it is literally 15' away from the Trimet train line.

Portland stay

We stayed one night. I'm grateful they accept pets. The building is old and is in need of some serious updating. Part of the building looked like it was ready to be condemned. The location was great; it is within walking distance of the Moda Center and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location easy walking distance to Moda center. But over all the hotel is severely dated and needs some TLC. The beds are very springy and the carpets are torn.

Clean room- old building

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However it is quite loud all night since the train goes by and rings a bell every time. The hotel is also clearly aging and feels a bit—-off. The location is amazing but finding the parking lot was challenging and they charge extra to park.
