This resort was absolutely beautiful. They have different restaurants to choose from, just make sure to make reservations for the restaurants when you get there or you’ll only have the buffet, pizzeria or taco stand option. The pools were beautiful and DJ always had great music playing. We went during seaweed season but the resort was great on making sure the beach was clear of seaweed. Room was nice and soft beds only thing is first night had to call for restock on bottles of water but after that no problem. Felt very safe. So much to do. Definitely going back.

The overall service was not what we expected nor the quality of the food. They have a bad reservation system and not many restaurants with open availability. Totally not what I expected knowing it’s right next door to xacret park.

Bel hôtel entouré de belle végetation et d'animaux sauvages. Endroit propre. Nourriture bonne. Check IN à revoir super lent avec plusieurs files d'attentes quand on arrive pour se faire servir, ils nous indiquent que c'est pas la bonne file et qu''on doit aller voir l'autre collègue. Café au lobby =payant ça aussi c'est un gros point négatif pour nous (surtout au prix qu'on paye pour une nuit! ) À tous les places qu'on a visité c'est le seul qu'il faut payer. Chambres bloc 10 (à côté du lobby très bruyant car proche du théatre et discothèque). Belle plage artificielle, on trouve toujours des chaises facilement. Bon service au bar de la plage. Personnel amical et serviable au buffet, bar, snack bar. On a aimé la proximité du parc XCaret on a pu revenir diner pendant notre journée de visite et revenir au parc par la suite.

It is amazing hotel for family. I have two children, one is 12 years old and one is 5 years old. They have a kids club for my 5 years old son, and my two children love the fishes in the ocean beach. That’s so wonderful for families and it is convenient to go to xcaret park. They give me a gift bag after listening the first club guid.

Every day we had an issue: 1) requested a king bed, we weren’t told until check-in it was 2 doubles. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. 2) walked into our room with no clean towels and dirty used towels on the floor. The room overall was not clean, including: Broken/loose toilet seat Broken bathroom door handle Mold in room Lamp shade looked like it had been soiled No buttons on phone Visible hairs and debris in bathroom No hand soap supplied in bathroom Hair dryer was missing the guard on the back and it sucked up and tore out our hair 3) water in the entire resort was shut off for hours one day, toilets did not work. Nothing was said to the guests about this. And the toilets began to overflow with feces. 4) the fridge in our room didn’t work and was very hot. Had to request a new one. 5) the door lock scanner on our door stopped working and we had to walk to the front desk to tell them and they kept arguing with us that our wrist bands worked. The battery in the door lock died. It took 20 minutes of us standing outside our door to get it fixed. 6) no “do not disturb” signs, instead they walked around early in the morning knocking on doors to see if you were in the room. This woke us up several mornings on a vacation we were hoping to sleep in on. 7) food poisoning on the last night. We were very nervous to fly the next day, but luckily after a night of vomiting, we were ok to travel home. 8) after water came back on, only cold water was available

Property is amazing. Truly unique experience. We unfortunately did need to move into a different room after the first night due to a plumbing issue, but that did not take away from the experience.

The only great thing about the property is it’s proximity to Xcaret Park. The rooms were moldy and musty. There was black mold in the restroom. The shower head was broken and could only be used in one position. The food was average at best. Definitely not worth the price.
