Worst hotel experience I have every had
There was a roach in the room, the tub was nasty, and the lobby smelled like smoke. We tried to check out around 11 pm but nobody was at the desk. So we laid the room key on the counter and left

This place was okay for what we needed at the time. We came in town for a funeral. My Dad passed away and because we do many Family coming from out of town we decided to stay here and let the Family stay at the house. The staff was great they had a Continental breakfast but unfortunately I didn’t wake up early enough to get any.. The place was fairly decent . They could use a renovation or upgrade but for the most part the beds were comfortable and the room was large . We had two rooms one King and one double beds.. They did accommodate our needs. We weren’t next door but a couple of doors down from each other. It was convenient to everything cause it’s in town.

I have stayed at this particular property four times since November, I visit friends and relatives but mostly my son every 6 to 8 weeks. The people at this hotel are very good to me. I like to be on the first floor and close to the office because I do travel alone and being a woman and going somewhere and staying 3 to 4 days and nights I like to feel safe. The hotel is clean it's nice comfortably furnished and like I said the people there now know me, and I'm treated very well. I booked my room a week to two before going and I always get the same room that they know I like. I would stay here even if I had children or whatever going with me they do take pets and everything I prefer to be on my own because I have a lot to do during the day. I would recommend this hotel for many reasons which I've basically already stated. If you stay here please housekeeping people a tip they definitely deserve it.

We were in the room and we went to take my friend home. We were gone about an hour, came back to the hotel and had to go to the front desk twice for the key. The guy at the front desk came to try and open the door and he told us someone was in the room when we just left so he finally got the door open and told us to leave and my friend said when u open the door and let us get our clothes and u give us our money back we will leave so unprofessional

Please do not, under any circumstances book a room at this Quality Inn. The bathroom shower did not have a functioning shower curtain. There was no. soap in the amenities tray. When I went to call the front desk about how to operate the television, the telephone was dead. I checked the connection cable and there was none. There was no cable tonplig intobthe wall. When I approached the manager in the hallway, he told me I could use my cellphone. I thought I was in an alternate reality. I said suppose someone was in the room being attacked and tried to call the front desk, how would they get help? He then said I could leave and he would refund me my money. I just walked away in disgust. This was a new low in customer service.
