Nice place, cool vibe, nice decor, location, but very overpriced during the Delray Open and lack of service as there is No bell captain. Also a little noisy as my room faced the back alley where the garbage trucks did very early pick up. First day my bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was a Q-tip on the bath floor from before i arrived and the entire 4 days of my stay! I would still go back as its in the Arts district and well located.

The room was very damp, and also had unclean floors, the hotel receptionist should not be in her position, false alarms for fires, evacuations occured at night without interior room safety lighting, elevator issues and hospitality issues when the gen. mgr. is not there, the hotel runs better when present on the job. Boutique hotels are more than interior design and a great restaurant. Strong pass on this again.

I booked this trip & had an itinerary & booking # from you all & if I cancelled you would've charged me the $800+ BUT INSTEAD I got to the hotel & they did not have my booking on file/record & they were sold out & I had NO WHERE to stay. I will TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS I POSSIBLY CAN, FOR AS LONG AS I CAN - EVERYWHERE I CAN - to NEVER EVER EVER USE Hotels.com - YOU RUINED MY HOLIDAY!!!! & did nothing for me other than make me sit on hold for 2 HOURS just to say SORRY - WORST COMPANY EVER & anywhere I can spread the news for as long as I can - I WILL!!!

This property was very nice. Beautiful roof deck. Where I was proposed too!! Great service. The beds are not that comfortable. The mattress is very thin. Also, at night when you want a snack or something there isn’t a small store or anything inside the hotel. Other than that it was awesome. We loved Anna!!

The Ray Hotel Delray Beach,Florida
The hotel was extremely well located as other restaurants,bars,and the beach were within easy walking distance while being far enough away to avoid any noise.There were several weddings the weekend we arrived and the celebrations went on beyond 2am which would have been fine apart from the exuberant guests on our floor (3rd) who extended their celebrations until 3am and were noisy in the process. Peter at the front door who was overseeing the car valet parking was great and always had a smile and cheery attitude.
