Customer Service-horrible property
I stayed at this property for a work trip. I was kept awake all night from 3am to when I checked out at 8am on with a barking dog in the floor below my room. Other guests also complained that I could hear in the hallway. I stayed less than 8 hours at this property, and got less than 3 hours of sleep. I let the front desk know, and they did nothing. No offer to refund or partial refund, all the front desk said was they would bring it to management's attention and if it was that bad they could have moved me at 3 am. I did not have an issue with the room, it was with a guest. Horrible customer service. Will never stay again.

No Elevator here!
I was a bit disappointed that I had to go on the second floor and there was no elevator... I was there on business and had a lot of stuff with me. In the future, if you know you have a lot of luggage be sure to put you need a 1st floor room. Going up and down the stairs was a real pain, especially because I'm disabled... This is NOT the front desk employees fault. She was so kind to me and was very helpful!

Not very quality
First thing I noticed was the dirty room- there were drink rings on the nightstands water spots/damage all over the bathroom. Booked the king size jetted tub suite- the celling above the tub was all water damaged- the tub itself was dirty and probably hasn’t been cleaned since who knows when. Front desk evening staff wasn’t very friendly (or maybe just really awkward??)- I had asked what time breakfast was in the morning and he replied with,“it doesn’t really matter”. Like … um ok??? Anyway. The breakfast was alright- I’ll give em that. The juice tasted weird though. Vending machines were ancient and had like 4 options. Also the TVs were way obsolete- no cable. For $137 a night I’d like the tv to not disconnect from the WiFi every time it’s turned off. Also I’m not even sure if the bed was actually a king- I have a king size bed at home and I swear mines bigger- like I’m 5’7- why are my feet reaching the edge of the bed??
