Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor.

We were so impressed by the service. The staff never says no to any request. Our daughter was not well, and they sent a doctor immediately. We had some problem with smoke in our room, they immediately sent an air purifier. The concierge gave excellent recommendation for a rooftop bar and restaurant. The restaurant’s in the hotel are also very good. We ate at the Asian and the Italian restaurant and had a very good experience.

I like the name and legacy. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately.

The rooms and service is outstanding as you will expect from a four seasons hotel. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. However the Christmas lunch had no entertainment and was a dull experience for us as we chose the hotel for this reason .
