Hot water only worked for the first day. I did not receive my deposit, and the laundry room malfunctioned then was out of service for most of the stay. One live-on-site staff (not another that was respectful and courteous) was harassing me the entire time, and suggested somehow that I could not be outside of my unit despite not making sound or trouble with those living there. He approached me EVERYTIME I STEPPED OUTSIDE OF MY UNIT FOR FRESH AIR, which was per medical instructions. I wonder WHO the regular paying guests are, as it seems that migrants or displaced persons were housed there ALTHOUGH I PAID IN ADVANCE. I tried to DEMAND A FULL REFUND DUE TO THE NO HOT WATER, but I was not able to connect with staff due to my tight time schedule. I left BEFORE the office opened and returned AFTER it closed, only to find NO COLD WATER AND A HARDLY FUNCTIONAL BATHROOM TUB/SHOWER. Worst PAID UNIT EVER!!
