Crawling guests in the room

Friendly and helpful front desk agents. Comfortable bed, good size room and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, we doubt that we would ever get back to this hotel because we found roaches in the bathroom floor and toilet and one little spider on our bed. And, one day, there was no cold water in the shower.

Pretty clean and good for pets

Nice front desk staff. Good breakfast. Location walkable to 4 or 5 food places. Bed's a bit hard but,clean with lots of pillows. AC works. Rooms smell clean. Indoor corridors that are quiet. Right next to a fun park for kids.

Good, but challenging!

The stay was okay, but not great. Upon my arrival I was preparing to go out to dinner. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and there was an animal (roach) running across the sink. Not a great first impression. Took it to the person at the front counter, she seemed a little surprised. But as I looked throughout the room there was a dead roach by the entrance of the front door. The equipment in the gym did not work. I reported it to the front desk clerk, and he said sometimes it works but they have been having problems with the treadmill. The staff was very polite, ad did their best. I would give them a A+. But the facility needs some work, and cleanliness is a must for the guest. My wife hate roaches so we left one night early.

2 night stay in Visalia

We came to visit family for our Grand child's first birthday. We ended up taking the kids and letting them sleep at the hotel with us so that our daughter could get a good night's rest and they could spend some time with their grandparents. Upon asking the hotel front desk if we could switch rooms for the night to a two bedroom or possibly get a caught in to accommodate us they refused and said they couldn't because we booked through a third party meaninghotels.com. this really upset me I don't think I will stay here again they could have handled this with a much better approach. Breakfast was mediocre and tons of people trying to hoard and hog breakfast like pigs, it was disgusting. It should really be let others eat first and then you can have seconds Don't pile 10 plates up for yourself That's just rude. Better yet the management of this hotel should not allow this.
