Great location, awesome hotel, lousy sleep
Although we had one of the worst sleeps of our life due to the excessive noise, despite using an eye mask and ear plugs, this hotel has it’s charm. The rooftop pool and chairs are lovely. The restaurant in the basement is wonderful. The kitchen in our room was well stocked. Lots of space, drawers to store your stuff. Bathroom was great. Ability to open windows would be awesome, if the noise wasn’t so loud (70db). It was only 50db when we closed the windows, but the intermittent screech from the street, alarms, sirens, the bar below with loud music until 1am all added to almost no sleep. We enjoyed our daytime!

Fantastic location & rooms with an amazing rooftop
Amazing location right at the square. Everything is walkable. Beautiful rooms and amazing kitchenettes. Huge shower with rainhead and handheld and even double sinks. Tons of drawers and hanging space to unpack your suitcases. Small safe in the closet, table with 2 chairs. Absolutely perfect for a night, a week or even a month. The rooftop pool is fantastic with 360 degree views and tasteful music playing throughout the day. Would definitely return and recommend.

Amazing location right at the edge of the gallery district. Clean modern rooms. Note some street noise is unavaoidable. They do provide earplugs though! We slept great.

A bit disappointing
We were disappointed in our stay at Flamboyan. We were given a room on the first floor right next to the restaurant--and on our second night there was a dance party that lasted past midnight with very loud disco/house music. The room was not cleaned while we were there. We tried to change rooms but were told they were sold out and the only other room would have been a downgrade--it was much smaller and overlooked a construction site with music blaring at all hours. Pluses: The pool area on the roof is very nice and the indoor parking was included. Also, the location was quite central, within easy walking distance of the ArtWalk and the historic center.

Beautiful short stay hotel
We were in Cabo San Lucas for vacation and decided to stay extra 2 nights in San Jose to check it out. Best location possible of all hotels near art district. Walk to tons of restaurants, shops, art festival right there! Hotel very nice. Staff great. Extremely clean. Rooftop pool very cold in January though and smaller than expected but other than that can’t think of anything bad to say. I would recommend to anyone that was looking to stay in that area. More than a night or two for me would be too much in that area, but everyone is different.

Always Enjoy Our Stay at Flamboyan!
We have stayed at Flamboyan Hotel & Residences on two occasions and have plans to stay there again. The facility is well-equipped and impeccably clean. The owners and staff have paid a lot of attention to small details and we have enjoyed our time spent there.

Property is new, modern and in a great location. Arrived at 1:45 for a 3pm checkin and was told to return at 3 as there was no room ready. Property seemed empty. When I did check in, my room had a welcome letter indicated as an Expedia VIP they offer early check in. Makes no sense. You can hear lots off street noise at night from the room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Electric bikes were available to explore the area for free. Loved being so close to the Art District. Everything literally within walking distance including great places to eat and lots of shopping. Didn't have a meal at the restaurant, but it too was very clean and modern and the staff there were also amazing.

Pool temperature was too cold for family to enjoy. Elevator was out of service and fortunately not for too long. Hours of operation for restaurant and specialty shop was not convenient on Monday (closed). Staff extremely accommodating and kind. Loved having access to e-bikes for family for an afternoon adventure. Great location for easy access to downtown square. Would consider to return on future trips to Cabo.
