Great place to Stay
Majagua Hotel is beautifully designed & well decorated. Our room was well appointed & comfortable with a patio too. The Roof bar area was used to serve breakfast as well as drinks in the evening. The staff was very friendly & attentive & were always helpful. It’s a short walk to the center of town.

This is a beautiful property with helpful staff , but there is not Restauraunt on site and the rooftop bar is open for very limited hours and only serves beer and wine I booked this hotel for those amenities and found neither available and was very disappointed

Majagua is very central- excellent location- close to the best restaurants- 10 minutes walk to el zocalo y la iglesia de Santi Domingo- I wish the rm came with a mini fridge to Keep drinks cold— We will definitely come back here! 😎

Pésimo servicio
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, limpio y poco ruido. El problema es que dicen que tiene estacionamiento y no tienen y cobran extra. Nos dijeron que podemos pedir el carro cuantas veces queramos y nos hicieron cargos extras por solicitar el carro en la noche. El desayuno incluido es un problema, la cocina es malona. Otro problema es que solo incluyen algunas cosas del menu y es un problema si quieres pedir otra cosa que aunque es mas barata que el desayuno incluido lo quieren cobrar. Al salir van a revisar el cuarto y nos quieren cobrar unas batas que no estaban en el cuarto. No se dieron cuenta que nunca las pusieron y las querían cobrar. Creo que para el precio del hotel son detalles que dejan mucho que desear en cuanto al servicio. Creo que me quitaron todas las ganas de volver.

Comfort, Quality and an Excellent Staff
This was a fantastic stay all around. The hotel is kept in excellent condition, the rooms are just the right size and the staff is probably the best I've dealt with in years. They were always willing to accommodate to make the experience a great one. Breakfast was included and was definitely a nice perk. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of Oaxaca. The location is close to all major sites, just about 4 blocks from Santo Domingo.

Amazing Staff and wonderful Boutique Hotel
The rooms are modern, large, and clean. The staff were awesome. They were extremely helpful with anything we needed. We only had the breakfast from the restaurant, but it was good too.

Nice hotel, breakfast included which was always very good. The terrace is lovely. Good location, only a few minutes away from Santo Domingo church and great dining options. My only issue is that we were given a room on the first floor and it was a bit noisy- both internally and externally. If you’re a light sleeper , may want to keep that in mind.
