Great short break in Palma. JS Palma Plaza was a perfect stay for us. The rooftop pool was lovely and very chilled. The hotel was spotless, the decor stylish and price of food and drinks was very reasonable. Staff were amazing. I can’t fault the hotel at all. 10 out of 10. 👌

We loved staying here - it was convenient to the ateas we wanted to visit, and the staff was super helpful. It’s on a plaza with a playground so if you want to go to bed early best to get a room in the back since the kids play until dark. The bathroom had a faint cigarette smell, so good not to keep the doors closed. The food in the little cafe/bar was nice. I was able to get a massage to help my leg pain from walking all day, with just a half- hour notice. They even fixed the broken wheel on my suitcase. Note - in all of Palma there is a lot of smoking at restaurants, outdoors.

Loved my stay, receptionist was so nice. The indoor pool is little and cold but the steam room was perfect, nice and relaxing environment. Slept so well, woke up nice and refreshed for the next day. One bus to and from the airport which is a 6 min walk from the bus stop. (A1 bus)

A great little find, centrally located and within close walking distance of the city centre. A well decorated and maintained hotel with a luxury feel. Staff are fantastic, especially Irene and Simone - super friendly and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience - nothing was ever too much trouble!
