Great Gem Hotel
Great gem hotel. Front desk was excellent with our needs. Pet friendly beautiful pool area open late with seating area to relax. Room was clean smelling great. My room look over the horizon at the bay to see the ships coming in and out. Close to Foodmart and restaurants. Manager was great and nice

Crystal Palace
Older hotel but they've cleaned and fixed it up. One of the few on Bolivar Point that you don't have to rent the whole house for an overnight stay. It's slow season so office was locked while they worked but a simple buzz had someone there to help. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room, could have added a small couch for comfort. They have great murals . Has good wifi and fridge and microwave. No coffee maker but had coffee in office. I would stay again.

Broken Crystal Palace.
Room(s) were dirty. Roach(Live) was found in one of the beds. No room cleaning or new towels for 3 days (entire stay). Very Friendly staff but clearly the simple logistics of room readiness was not / is not applied. I reserved 2 rooms for 3 days for my parents and inlaws. My MIL checked out early as a result of the poor room quality. Im sure this is good enough for Summer Beach Tourist who probably dont care for room quality as long as there is a party. But for a local, normal stay its not worth even the discounted price at Hotels.com

Very cute, clean and comfy
The new owners of this place really made some great changes. I haven't stayed here in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is so cute, bright , and colorful. It has a nice little fridge and microwave, a nice flat screen tv, beautiful pool area, and very comfortable beds. Looking forward to a return visit.
