Well I did not get to stay. I accidentally reserved the wrong night by 24hrs. When I went to Hotels.com support, the A.I. assistant said I needed to ask the hotel for a refund. Hotel Motif did not give me a refund. No services rendered, but they still made off with my money. This has shaken my confidence in reserving hotels with Hotels.com, Hotel Motif, and online booking services in general. A simple clerical error on my part is so harshly punished without mercy.
That being said, the staff were highly personable and friendly, but the sting of losing out on my stay in Nashville still hurts like a b****.
