The stay at this Hotel has normally been very good but this time we had an issue with our first floor room where as the floor was ice cold . The room was comfortable with this exception. We really enjoy that the entertainment -food plus Casino can all be accessed indoors . The rate charged was a value bonus for such accomodations

Naked elevator man
Usually love this hotel as I’ve stayed many times without issue. This time there was a naked man going up and down in the elevator (which was a bit traumatizing) but what was worse was when I contacted the front desk and they were very rude about it and acted as if it were an everyday occurrence at their hotel. Poor customer service

Black Mold
The tile in the shower has a fair amount of black mold on it. That shows how little the tike is actually cleaned. Also bad for breathing.

Hotel is generally very good, however the rooms are starting to show their age. The rooms also lack some amenities in the showers (no shampoo/conditioner). The pool is very nice here especially since the hotel generally has fewer children given its lack of breakfast and proximity to the casino. Good option for adults without children.
